2.2 BATHTUBS
A. Bathtubs: Solid plastic, made of polyester resin and inert fillers, with polyester gel coat surface, gravity molded in inner and outer molds; complying with ANSI Z124.1 and addenda.

PART 3 EXECUTION
3.1 EXAMINATION
A. Verify that piping and wiring are installed and in the right location.
3.2 PREPARATION
NOTE ** Delete the following paragraph if not applicable.
A. Construct deck and skirt supports and blocking as indicated on drawings or shop drawings.
3.3 INSTALLATION
A. Install bathtubs and fittings in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
B. Install bathtubs plumb and level.
C. Install piping connections as specified in Section 15145.
D. Seal decks and rims to walls and floors with sealant specified in Section 07900.
3.4 CLEANING AND PROTECTION
A. Clean bathtubs of labels, dirt, and construction debris.
B. Protect bathtubs from scratches until Substantial Completion.
